The “my X shelf” apps

A shelf for each thing you collect. One account behind all of them.

Most collection apps want to be the one app for everything, and end up knowing nothing about anything. These are separate apps, each built properly for its own subject — a bar is not a humidor, and a bag of coffee is not a bottle of whiskey — sharing one sign-in, one set of rules about your data, and where it genuinely makes sense, the same shelf underneath.

Built in Stockholm by Nisshagen Advisory AB. No ads, no feed, no selling your data to anybody.

The apps

  • My Bar Shelf

    Out now

The home bar. Scan a bottle onto your shelf, see the cocktails you can actually make with what you already own, and get told before the vermouth turns.

  • My Coffee Shelf

    In testing

The coffee shelf. Scan a bag, watch its freshness window count down from the roast date, and log brews against the grinder and brewer you actually own.

  • My Whiskey Shelf

    In development

The collection. Every bottle recorded properly, every pour worth remembering written down, and one considered answer to what to open tonight. It shares its bottles with My Bar Shelf.

  • My Cigar Shelf

    In development

The humidor. What is resting, how long each one has been down, when it reaches the window you set for it, and how it scored when you finally got to it.

Why one account

Separate apps, deliberately. But you are one person with one set of things, and there are three places where pretending otherwise would just be annoying.

  • Sign in once

The same account works across every shelf app. Install the next one and it already knows who you are; there is nothing to migrate and no second password to lose.

  • One bottle, not two

My Bar Shelf and My Whiskey Shelf read and write the same bottle inventory. Add a bourbon in one and it is on the other shelf, because it is the same bottle in the same cupboard. Each app keeps what only it needs: cask and provenance on one side, what you can mix with it on the other.

  • One place to delete it all

Ask us once and everything goes — every shelf, every note, every app. You should not have to chase four support addresses to leave.

Also being built

Two more shelves have sites up and work under way. Neither has an app you can install yet, and neither is promised.

  • My Wine Shelf

The cellar. Every bottle has a drinking window, and most are opened after it has shut.

  • My Fragrance Shelf

The wardrobe. You own forty bottles and you wear three of them.

Hear when the next one opens

One email when a shelf app is ready to install — not one a week, not a newsletter, and not a word about anything else.
